Wrong phone supp****
Wrong phone supp****, At the Telkom branch in clearwater mall I was told that the S20 Ultra is 5G but its not its LTE. I got the contract a month ago but only opened the box today (I prefer using my s9+) and its shows that’s its LTE and not 5G so I went to the Telkom branch so they could exchange it for the 5G but they insist its 5G, so I went to Samsung and they confirmed it’s LTE, I was willing to even swap the S20 Ultra LTE (ITS BRAND NEW HAVENT USED IT) for the S20 Note Ultra 5G and pay the difference but apparently that’s not allowed so they gave me this email address to contact telkom *** its been 3 days with just a automated response from them. The phone costs R31 200 thats supposed to be 5G yet its LTE not even LTE its shows 4G when connected to mobile data so basically its kinda ****.

Still no reply from telkom, I should have mentioned I took 2 phones from them S20 Ultra and Note 20 Ultra 5G (This 1 is 5G) so I paid the full amount of R 2896.00 on the 23rd of September and today the 30th they debited my account for R 2896.00 where does it STOP telkom.
