Wrong phone specification

<p>I phoned Telkom pavillion and asked a lady about the huawei p9 lite specifications and she told me it has 3GB ram.</p> <p>To make sure i didnt confuse her with the P9 i asked her whats the difference between the P9 and P9 lite she said its only the camera. </p> <p> I was happy with the specs and decided to get it from telkom gateway since it is closer to home. ( ps telkom gateway never answers when phoned thats why i queried with pavillion branch. People at google reviews have the same issue)</p> <p>After buying the phone i went to the menu and saw it only has 2GB ram. When i bought the phone the guy mentioned nothing about having a different specification phones from their other branch.The next day i went to return it because this isnt the specs of the phone i was told. They said this is the only phone they have and since i opened the package i cant return it and the contract cannot be cancelled! This is *****! </p>
