Wrong Phone Delivery

Horrible experience! ordered a phone online, was billed for it and they delivered the wrong phone! called the urgent immediately and they advised that the phone would be collected within 24hours. its been 96hours! I am still waiting for this phone to be collected, i have been calling from the second they delivered the phone but the phones go unanswered! I have twittered, Live chat and tried a local store and no one can help me! i have been billed for the service and I am still left stranded with no communication or definite estimate time of when they will fetch their phone and deliver the phone I ordered.

if they do not fetch their phone in the next 24 hours I will use this phone because I have things to do! there is a reason I ordered a phone, it is because i needed it. now why do I have to wait this long to receive services for what I have already been billed for!!
