wrong phone delivered

i upgraded on the 22nd of feb very pleasant experience and helped efficiently by PORTIA TSOTETSI but the nightmare started the wrong phone was delivered to me , endless calls to your office on 081180 and 10213 but every consultant informs me its the wrong department and SHARMAINE MA***O a supervisor advised that she doesnt want to speak over the phone in her call centre and she is a customer service supervisor ? very strange

can someone please assist me in getting the correct phone as it is urgent and i am in need of a cellphone to use
