Wrong Package sold ( WORST SERVICE EVER )

So the story goes as follows. 2 weeks ago some telkom reps came to my work place, and then sold me on a certain special they had for the month. This package included a 4 mbps line and a LIT TV box with a 2gig sim card with router and free installation for a mere R605 per month ( so i was led to believe ) the technician came to install the line and the router. ( witch he didn't even complete ) and to my surprise NO LIT TV Box. Then after countless phone calls with NO SUCCESS i found out there is no such package. I called the Rep and he said sorry he made a mistake. I called countless times wanting to speak to management and guess what ??? till now no MANAGER phoned me back. Every phone call they escalate the QUERY. i HAVE NEVER HAD THIS KIND OF BAD SERVICE EVER, I want the package i was sold or CANCEL the CONTRACT. ( WORST SERVICE EVER. )
