Wrong package received upon upgrade

Hi,<br> <br> I already complaint about the upgrade that took very long, Reference SM168252. I upgraded to the smart plan 100, Huawei P8 lite, for R249. Thus it includes the Huawei TalkBand B2. Today, I received a phone call to collect my devices. The salesperson then only gave the P8 lite, when I asked about the watch. He said the package is not available. Please refer to your own website. [URL Removed] The package is available from 10 November. <br> <br> I have a copied version of the upgrade papers, under B. Mobile. Package: Smartplan 100, Device: Huawei P8 lite.
