Wrong package loaded therefore wrong billing

Kindly help us with Telkom. We were phoned by somebody who advertise a package of R499 unlimited. My husband took the package in his name. When it was the to pay. They send a bill of R1967 of which we paid thinking was for installation. The following month the send a bill of R1900 and more of which I queried. The lady send email to different department and she said I can pay R499 end of the month of which I did on the 3rd this month. Last week they send a bill again of R1900 and more plus outstanding of last month. I phoned again. I was told to speak to the sales people so they sort the package. Sales people took me from pillar to post. Monday I phoned again and the lady told me that her computer does not open. She promised to phone me when she is ready with her laptop. Instead of them phoning us. They suspend the service saying we owe them instead of them sorting the package and refund us what is due to us. Today I phoned them - Miranda from sales said I must speak accounts so they uplift the suspension so that they can be able to sort the package. I spoke to account and account said sales must solve this but also they send a message to IT department - ref number ***. She promised that IT will phone today. We are tired of their incompetence. No department can solve a problem. They take us from pillar to post and still we don't get help. We spend a lot of money holding and speaking to different people without help. Please help us
