Wrong Package allocation

can i be assisted urgently with the mess you consultant caused please , called last week requesting my package to be changed to better package and behold the consultant went and cancel my contract and change the package to something i didn't agree to and also change my profile from been a customer to become a staff member. received invoice statement yesterday am told need to pay the contract termination fee. ref number that was provided during our conversation is : ***A. Can this mess be sorted asap.
