wrong orders delivered
iam highly dissappointed with telkoms customer service. i placed an order online for an IPHONE 7PLUS a consultant called me to confirm the order, took my banking details and told me a debit order will go off before delivery , debit order went off and they delivered a router to me (wrong order) i sent it back and called to tell them, they said it was a mistake they will send the correct order , they ;delivered an IPHONE 8 (WRONG ORDER AGAIN ) I have payed and still sitting without a phone its almost a month of up and downs

05 Nov 2019, 15:31i hate telkom shem.... ive app**** for a phone been debited already and im still sitting without a phone, i tried to cancel and get my refund apparently they are off line and im supposed to have a 24 months relationship with such *********** people. the agents are smooth talkers and no no action

06 Nov 2019, 09:20This is the third time i'm writing this, I need urgent assistance today before close of business , I've been VERY PATIENT with Telkom I want my MONEY back Today. I paid for A phone that is not even in my possession this is *****, I am taking this to the OMBUDSMAN if i don't get any response. I don't think i want to have any relationship with such Company their customer service is really PATHETIC,
