WRONG ORDER TO BE PICKED UP

I was offered a contract phone and 3Grouter by telkom and when they were supposed to deliver I only received a 3Grouter, when I called I was told I did not qualify for the phone, the same day of delivery I requested them to come fetch their 3G I don't need it, since they said they will come over its a week now, I will not pay for it at all because I told them same day
