Wrong number suspended

Cancelled the *** 10mbps LTE Wireless Unlimited All Hours, however telkom decided to cancel or suspende my primary number, called their call centre no help went to Alberton store on Wednesday 22.03.2023 I was told to pay R100 for my to be unsuspected I did that but am still suspended I use my phone for work, and I want to know why my number was suspended without my concerned.
