Wrong Number listed Telkom/Mondo

To whom it may concern.

I have been receiving non stop calls to my cellphone number for someone else that has purchased a cellphone through Mondo / Telkom. I called Mondo last week and spoke to Jason Naidoo, who requested my ID to which I responded that I havent signed up for anything with them or Telkom. My cellphone number is a VODACOM number NOT a Telkom number. He said he would escalate it to some department to add to a list of numbers to not call etc.

Suddenly i have been receiving calls from Telkom to enquire on the address of where the parcel must be delivered to as well as sms's with reference numbers for the past 3 weeks.... Numbers i have been called from are ***, *** (x2), *** and the rest i have ignored. Person you are looking for Onela ? YOU HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER... CHECK YOUR CLIENTS NUMBERS BEFORE PROCESSING CONTRACTS AND ORDERS....

Going forward I will not be pleasant on the phone as you are calling the wrong person while I am working or in a meeting....

REMOVE THE INCORRECT NUMBER FROM YOUR SYSTEM TO AVOID COURIERS AND MONDO FROM CALLING AND SMSING ME REGARDING AN ORDER FOR SOMEONE I DO NOT KNOW.

Irritated!!!!
