Wrong number cancelled
On the 8/07 i requested one of my numbers to be cancelled. I did the request online and received an e-mail confirming same. "Hi BEVERLEY CORBETT. Request number for service to be cancelled ********** 271 : ********** 7" However, a TOTALLY different number ( ********** 888)got cancelled by Telkom and despite numerous phone calls and supposed "escalations" as well as two messages via FB requesting assistance (which to date have not even been answered) my line remains cancelled. It is now the 22/07 and my service is still down and the number I requested to be cancelled is still active. How is this kind of mess possible?? Please assist urgently! I need my line ( ********** 888) active!
