Wrong LTE MOBILEI ROUTER deliviered

I ordered E5573 LTE mobile router with Telkom telephonically, they delivered B315 instead. when I call back after seeing that it was incorrect..the call center said I must take it to the nearest Telkom walk-in shop, which I did the same day (26/01/2018). I took it to Greenstone Shopping Mall.

I make several calls to find out what the progress is....everyone in the call center promised to escalate the problem, but when i call the next time there is no escalation done on the system. the person will escalate again............

Its escalation after escalation, but there is no prove on the system that the previous person did escalate........!!!!!!! I tried several times already...same answer; Its escalation after escalation...nothing gets done
