Wrong Listing

12 November I called Telkom to apply for a cellphone contract. I then called them same day in the evening to tell them to cancel the contract application. On the 13th I then received an SMS from them telling me I have been declined (Dear customer, Unfortunately your order has been declined during credit vetting. Regards Telkom Sales Team). Now there is a listing on my name by Telkom out of no where.

What is going on Telkom????????????????
