Wrong Line Setting

<p>Hi my line is now operating at 523 kbps when it should be 2000 as I order a 2mb line. Download speeds maxing at 55kb per second when it should be at least somewhere between 225 and 250. Clearly something wrong here... Would appreciate some assistance asap.</p>
