wrong information updated on my ITC PROFILES

TELKOM MOBILE account number *** Date opened: 14-11-2011 ( please forward me the copy of agreement regarding this account AS YOU STATED last day payment : 20-02-2021 ( please forward me the proof of payment for this account from 14-11-2011 to 20-02-2021 ) as you say so last Day update on ITC 22-02-2021 @ Telkom above information is summited to All S A credit bureau company's and i like Telkom to remove this as i don't have and never have account with them, the update you made on the 22 02 2021 at the credit ITC is damaging my name and affecting my profile, i need someone to contact me and explain with all proof and valid document that mentioned above if not then remove this account under ITC, I ALSO VISITED THE STORE SEVERAL TIMES AND NOTHING RELATED TO THIS UNDER MY ID
