Wrong information given to me . Pathetic

I called telkom and took a new contract from them stating that i would like to port to telkom once i get the contract. The dumb consultant said that i could port once i receive the phone. when I call 180 they now say i need to go instore , with my id and prof of residence.

180 call centre agents ans there managers are pathetic and unhelpful. I told the manager that i want to cancel my contract and he said ok, I can see telkom has alot of business and does not need more ,
