Wrong information given and zero feedback

Filled in the paperwork to open a business account and was promised that the application would be finished within 24h. <br> After 24h with no feedback I phoned the store. They answered that they would get back to me. <br> Zero feedback...phoned a few hours later, same reply with same result.<br> Cant reach them today so I phoned telkom mobile customer service and learned that the application takes 7 working days!!!
