Wrong information by Store

We went to the Telkom Direct store to obtain a Cell phone contract and all was done by the consultant in store for the Samsung S6 edge for 24 months,on receiving our Telkom account this month I noticed that we pay a contract fee of R 560 per month and a purchase agreement of another R 589 per month and this is not what was explained to us when obtaining the Smart 100 plan I am very very unhappy and feel that we were misled and given wrong information for we were told that it will cost us about R 570 per month and now we must pay 1158 per month which is more than double as what was agreed upon.Why must we pay extra now for the handset please contact me on *** otherwise I will per-sue this matter to the ombudsman for clarification.
