Wrong information and no feedback

Hi everybody

I app**** for a 40mb HumeUnlimited package. Migration from previous ISP to Telkom. They checked for me and said that I can get the 40mb, this after I checked as well and saw that I can.

Week later I phone them to find out why migration is taking so long and I get told that I cannot receive the 40mb, only 20mb and somebody should have contacted me.

This is appalling service as I work from home as well and without internet I cannot work.

Why would you tell a customer they can get 1 thing, then update on your side, "client too far from exchange", even though you confirmed it?

Now I had to cancel current order and start the whole process from the start again?

Actually dissapointed that I moved to Telkom, even though they offer good packages

We do see that attainable speed on your line is up to 35mbps. We will however have our technical confirm if it is possible for up to 40mbps.
