Wrong information
On the 13th of April 2016, I phoned the telkom customer care to ask more info about their internet package (internet starter pack bundles). The agent gave wrong information even when I asked him several times. So on the 14th of April 2016, I recharged my phone and bought 1.2GB bundles which I was told that I will have 100MB.... That's not what I paid for!!! I don't want 100MB monthly, I want the 1.2GB I bought.
