Wrong Hauwei E5573 device sold to me not the one I placed an order for!!

<p>Hi Telkom Please Advise. I placed an order in February for 15gig deal( 5 gig + 10 gig nightshift) but when I receive the device early in March and my billing statement now is saying "1 x Smart OneRate + 2GB Telkom Data + Huawei E5573 " of which is total wrong device!!! I don't understand why I have to be treated like this from Telkom,Why??Have I done something wrong to Telkom??
