Wrong Delivery that I'm billed for every month and the BAD SERVICE...

Since last year I've been on Telkom about the wrong router that was delivered to me, I've ask them to collect it on the same day that was delivered till today it's still here but they keep on billing me every month for something that I don't even use that was wrong at the fist or is it they to make money? Everytime I call them they say a query was logged someone from sales will contact me but no one does. I've had enough of this.
