Wrong delivery and wrong debit order

I app**** for an online Samsung Galaxy Note 9 dualsim deal for R799 x 24 months and they delivered a single sim which I asked them to change it it's month now waiting for them to sort me out now they deducted R1512.00 on my account I don't know what is this money for and I keep calling 10213 always offline I'm going to reverse the debit orders until they listen to my complaint
