WRONG DELIVERY AND USELESS SERVICE

I ordered a PHONE and got a MODEM which i did not order or want. No I got this invoiced on my bill for a device which i did not want or ordered. Order number ***A was for a HAUWEI P40 Lite and not a MODEM. The data number is *** which I DID NOT ORDER and DON'T WANT!!!!!!!!! Please rectify the problem with the couriers as the device was returned when the correct device was delivered.
