Wrong Delivery!!

I app**** online for a mobile phone. The application is approved and my account has been debited but when the phone arrived on Thursday , I got a iphone 7 instead of iphone 7 plus. I am still waiting for a call as to when the courier service will pick it up and3 bring me the correct device. If I knew I was going to get this horrible service, I would have gone to another service provider.
