Wrong delivery

I ordered a black Friday Wi-Fi router at Telkom. They spent two weeks no contact whatsoever. When they decided to contact me and verify my details the experience was not so well. A day later and agent calls verifying my order saying there has been couple wrong orders. The nightmare began, the delivered a Huawei P10lite. Next day a Wi-Fi router was delivered. I called their call Centre on 18 Dec. Went to Telkom Brooklyn Mall they told me they can't help cause I ordered online. I went to Telkom Hatfield Pretoria. Same story, I called got reference numbers for my calls. Every two days I call and get same answer your issue has been escalated. Now today they decide to bill me for router and phone. Phone I didn't order and they don't want to take it back. TELKOM IS USELESS
