Wrong debit order day

I have an agreement with Telkom for my debit to go through everything last day of the month so this month of December they decided to debit on the 23rd and I don't know why cause that was not our agreement now my services are suspended I'm expected to pay through EFT this is crazy. They didn't call me to ask when am I getting paid in December. I am trying to call them and their line is taking me to self service which is not helping me at all. I am so missed off with Telkom poor service. I need to work but I can cause my services are suspended and I was expecting my debit order to go through today now I'm not sure if they will debit 🙃
