WRONG DEBIT ORDER AMOUNT

Debit order went off my account Ref Nudebt R1000 on the 23rd Dec. Another debit order went off on the 31st for an amount of R1533.50. On the 31st I send a message on fb and an email regarding this, billing team will revert back to me but no response yet. I have instructed the bank to reverse the decond debit order back in my account because I am paying what I signed for, the amounts you are debiting my account are in breach of my 24 month contract.
