Wrong data package sold to me

Usually I buy the unlimited for 31 days,off peak 19h00 to 12h00 at R249 prepaid,this month the saleman gave me the wrong data package because after 7 days my data was done.I went to Telkom Parow (17/05/2023) to explain the salesman gave me the wrong data package and asked to speak to the manager.The salesman told the manager my data is depleted now I want to complain,I told the manager,the salesman sold me the wrong package.The manager said I must leave my phone no,the erea manager will come later to the store,he will phone me,I did not receive any calls from telkom.
