Wrong Contract Issued

I'd like to share my bad experience with Telkom. I'm student who is working on rotational basis and I had requested a Telkom service which suited my affordability but I realised later that I was offered a business service which i cannot afford. Now im struggling to get it cancelled. Please help me.
