Wrong contract given

<p>I app**** for a 10plus 5GB contract for R199.00 per month which was the special of the month. because i app**** during the month i was given pro-rata data but to my suprise the data was used up very quickly. i phoned the call center for ask them to check for me if i was given the correct contract and the assured me that i was given the wrong one. i drove back to the store to inform the consultant who helped me (Nolo) about this and they insisted it was the correct one. May month my data did not seem enough, i went back to the same store only to find a different consultant(OFENTSE) and he confirmed that i was on the wrong contract. the guy promised to take this up with the manager as the was nothing that he could do. he promised me the manager would call me back on monday since he doesnt work on sundays. i went back the store 2 weeks later, as i hadnt had anything from the store and i found a different consultant who did not agree with me that the contract was not the correct one. Ofentse, the consultant who attended to me two weeks later walked into the store, i think he was on lunch or something and the two consultants were argueing in the presence as to what contract i was on. it was queite obvious that the consultants were not given proper training about their product. and clearly nothing was done about my queiry, Ofentse claimed to have written an email to i dont know who and again he promised to escalate the matter and to this day nobody has contacted me</p>
