Wrong Contract and high billing

Telkom is useless,

You can never get to speal to an agent when you call that 081180 number

The cape town branch people messed up my upgrade, instead of putting me on top they did billing and they claim they cant change it, this makes me even more ad because the deal i toke on was not explained, and i specify asked to keep everything the same as the old one, but they went on to change my old number to prepaid and gave me a new number. The old number is still in my bill charged with some data fee i did not not ask for

My bill was soo high last month but i have received another high bill which i don't understand, and i cannot get anyone to explain.

I WANT TO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT.
