Wrong contract

Worse service I took out a data contract with Telkom April 2022 and the consultant gave something I did not agree on and overcharge me two times ever since I have been paying R600 from 180Gig which is ridiculous I have proof of emails of her re-assurring me that I will ge paying R350, this is ********** and misleading clients, I'm sick of this if I won't get help here I'm taking this matter to the ombudsman and I want my refund for all the extra R300 have been taking from account.
