Wrong billing

Canceled D link Ac1200 DB in March and the device was returned to Alberton City shop number L126, I was issued with CPA form job number TCA006477 on the 22nd March 2023 as per supervision at the store Mr Tatenda I won't be charged for termination fee, to my surprise tell debited R1300 and the 25th of April am not suppose to debit that amount, I reversed they tried again debiting my account on the 17thMay this time and amount of R1800 it was reversed because it was not provided for causing bank charges on my bank account, Telkom fix this matter and re connect my line, currently my number is suspended because you are debiting the incorrect amount, please debit the correct amount R239 for my current contract.
