Wrong billing causes havoc

Hello due to the incompetence caused by telkom service provider, I'm the one having to deal with the loss ! I was charged R405.00 for no reason !

When I queried it, cause it popped up on my credit profile.....tarnishing my score and record ! I was told I was incorrectly billed ,so they had the amount (debt written off) which ,is now holding me back from attaining new credit as I'm being declined due to that on my profile as a default.

Please help me get telkom to remove that judgement on my credit profile with immediate effect !

I am utterly disappointed in being defamed in this manner !
