Wrong billing amount

Telkom is the worst service i have ever experienced, They claim to offer a R599 all inclusive package yet they have been billing me R670 excl vat and all other extras, i have filed various complaints but to no avail, your staff seems completely *********** and useless to assist me with my problem. I am still waiting for my refund in this regard and i am unable to downgrade to the previous package due to an answering service that plays a very irritating tune and no service.
