Wrong application was sent sim card only deal instead of phone

I made an application for an iPhone and was sent a sim card only deal which I didn't agree on, I sent numerous emails but no response or assistance, I asked for the sim card only deal to be canceled but it wasn't they debited my account for July and I didn't even use the sim card, I am really not happy with the service
