It is now month three that I am still waiting for someone to contact me and explain why I am still being billed for an account I cancelled in June already, what is sad is that you keep trying to debit my account even when I made it clear I was not going to pay this bill until you fixed it and each time I use this platform you reply saying I will be contaced shortly but that never happens. Sad.
