Wow. Telkom bill me for a canceled service.

I've received sms's from an unknown recipient and not identifying themselves that my account has been suspended. No name... So I found out who it was... The so popular Telkom. I've emailed Telkom several times and still waiting for an answer. No use. I have canceled my adsl months ago because it doesnt work. They told me the lines are faulty and my complex must fix it so I got myself fiber instead and canceled the adsl. I asked to keep the phone line incase it gets fixed in the future. So I received a bill for almost 4k. Why???? I have canceled the adsl. I know. They just like to rip people off for nothing. Go to Reds Mall. Im sure there must be some documentation. Listen Telkom. I have canceled adsl and im using fiber for month now without problems. Fix your problems Telkom. How hard can it be. This is why no one wants your service anymore.
