Wow finally good service at Telkom

<p>I complain when there is bad service but when I get good service it must be praised. The follow through and professionalism from a gentleman by the name of Raymond Kilian was great. It was a refreshing change of pace to finally get good service from Telkom. This guy was helpfull and everytime I asked him a question he knew what he was taling about and helped me. Telkom needs more people like this working for them. </p>
