Wow awesome service from Nokuzula @ Telkom

I have phoned Telkom several times to assist with connecting my wifi, I am not a techno fundi and eventually I decided to give it one last try and got through Nokuzula, I am soooo happy that I managed to reach a lady who was patient and polite and knowledgeable and explained to me step by step without wanting to give up, what a brilliant lady! Thank you Nokuzula!
