WOW - Awesome service

I called Telkom for assistance as my ADSL line was not connecting and therefore i could not connect to the internet. I was honered to be assisted by Ebenezer, not only did he understand that i was having problems with my internet any my landline, he understood that i am blond too. He called me on my cell to make things a little easier so that i can hear him and repeated himself a 100 times without sounding annoyed or frustrated. He really knows how client service works and what it is about - not only was he friendly he resolved my problem. Thank you so much for your great service!!!!
