I have been struggling with my Telkom ADSL connection since Sunday. Got a hold of Blanche Machelm-Murphy on the Telkom Online Chat Service and I have to say \what an experience"!!! It turns out that I managed to cancel the incorrect account and they cancelled my data account due to a misunderstanding that was mostly my own fault... Blanche is helpful"
