Wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

I dont know what's more pathetic between the call centre line that always refers you the WhatsApp SMS link or the useless WhatsApp assist itself! I've been trying to get assistance with my billing since October as I have received statements saying close to R2000 will be deducted on my account when I have a R230 contract. And now when I want to get the recordings when I was taking the contract to ensure if I have maybe agreed to something I'm not aware of I am been transferred from one agent to another without any assistance! The poor service is so frustrating I even cancelled the contract, even so I'm still struggling to get hold of anyone to confirm amount owing!
