Would probably get Buddha to lose his sh*t

I can understand that Telkom is a big cooperation and that the people on the other line often aren't to blame.

What I don't understand is getting a call in June to be offered a new account, then accepting the offer in July after countless more calls ugring the offer. Then confirmation emails stream in with promises of an SMS arriving any day to announce the new contract... .Not hearing anything in weeks. Calling, waiting for an eternity to be connected. Being told that the order hasn't gone through because they need a proxy letter (which one, of course, has to find out on ones' own). Then one sends the proxy letter and receives an email that the new contract will all be activated in 12 working days. And then, well, then there is silence. For a month. Even after the fourth or fifth email. And when you have to call Telkom THREE times, because each time a manager ensures you that he WILL call back and sort it out, not to mention being told that the offer is now not available anymore, well, then even a calm, all-smiley person like me will have uncontrolled urges to use foul language and send curses. (Things like this send people like us to jail, yo!)

Telkom, I have been ON HOLD as we speak for 14 minutes.

The wors part: your service has and will always be disgusting and people like me have no choice but to deal with you.

Your call agents are grumpy and unfriendly, managers make unfulfilled promises, employees ignore emails, plus that tune that blares in ones ear while waiting is noise pollution.

Fix this.
