Would not recommend Telkom

Customer service is absolutely terrible.

I asked for my contracts to be cancelled before the cutoff dates. To my surprise only one line was cancelled and the other is scheduled for the end of the next month. I specifically asked the agent who assisted me, Chane Jacobs, to cancel my lines because I want to close my contract with Telkom as soon as possible as I am moving to Australia and need settlement letters to say that my debt is paid off.

Now I need to wait for a month before I can go, because of some agent who did not do her job.

I would never recommend Telkom to anyone. Terrible service and terrible communication.
