Would not recommend

I authorized a debit order for a specific amount, my first debit order went off for and then I received my new statement with a whole new amount??? I did not authorize that amount it's almost R1000 more??? I did not agree to this!! this is my first time dealing with Telkom and their services is pathetic and unacceptable!! I will never use telkom again they **** people...
