would not recommend!!

If I could give 0 stars I would, honestly the most pathetic business to deal with!! I wrote a review about two weeks ago and no one has responded to me about my debit order... I went into a shop to find out about my debit order amount that went up with almost a R1000 for no reason??? and the people working there could not give me any answers regarding my account only that I will find out on the 5th??!! horrible and pathetic customer service... I paid my account on their site only the amount that is supposed to go off and still they tried to take the whole debit order amount on the 5th the proof of the amount going off is on my bank and still their app did not update that my account is paid????? honestly I'm very disappointed that I signed a contract with Telkom and if I knew what I know about them now I would have NEVER signed a contract with them.... I've never struggled with a business that is this pathetic before they do not know what they are doing!!
